Appointments
We strongly recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure that we can accommodate your schedule. We offer online booking as well as over the phone booking. Due to holidays or specific seasons, we are in higher demand, so please be patient with us or kindly plan to book ahead of time.
Confirming Your Appointments
Our automated text confirmation systems are to help us stay organized and opporate smoothly . Be sure to confirm your appointment with your professional - this is the only way we will know that you are coming to your appointment.
Cancellations
In consideration of our other guests + beauty professionals, we ask that you give a minimum of 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid any charges. If any cancellation is not made with more than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No show appointments are subject to be charged in the full amount. Skin Conditions / Health Conditions / Allergies
Keep in mind that if you are allergic to anything that you could potentially come in contact with during your visit, it is you, (the customer)'s responsibility to express any concerns to your salon professional. To best protect you and ourselves as professionals, we may find it necessary to refuse a service that could potentially cause the customer harm. This is why it is extremely important to voice any health / allergy concerns prior to booking an appointment. We ask that you never compromise your own bodys' limitations when it comes to our services and your expectations.
Etiquette
We politely encourage you to leave your little ones at home unless they are receiving a service. Our space is designed to be a relaxing escape for guests . If you have issues with childcare, let us know , and we will help you reschedule your appointment. We hope that you understand. Life happens and sometimes we all run late. If you are late or going to be late to your appointment, please contact the salon . Understand that we are on a set appointment schedule and might have to altar your services to make sure we are on time for the following guest. ***we understand things happen and we have compassion for situations that are out of your control
New Guest
Our salon requires a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice. If any cancellation is not made with more than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments are subject to be charged in the full amount.
Gift Cards
Salon gift cards are sold to you by each salon professional independently. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. All gift cards are non refundable and may not be redeemable for cash. Please schedule gift card appointment at least one month prior to expiration.
Refunds
If you have concerns regarding any service you have received, please notify salon management within five (5) business days of your visit. Concerns outside of this time frame cannot be accommodated. Retail products are non returnable and non exchangeable due to health & tampering regulations. We do not offer any refunds for any circumstances but are happy to make your experience with us right.
